CHECKING CLINIC

The Tampa Bay Lightning Alumni Checking Clinic aims to prepare players for full body contact. Focus on player safety, giving, avoiding and receiving hits, angling, wall work and open ice contact. Players will gain confidence through practice enabling quick decision making in game situations. Registration is for the 4 sessions.
